Expectational customer service and professionalism. I live out of state. When my grandmother passed, Commonwealth Funeral Services was in immediate contact with me with all of the arrangements. Whomever took the first phone call was extremely professional but also sympathetic to what was going on. They helped my family with getting my grandmothers remains sent back to where we lived. This company is on top of what they need to do, in families times of need. Thank you!
